{"id":12331,"date":"2020-03-20T08:45:34","date_gmt":"2020-03-20T13:45:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/contadoreshoy.com\/?p=12331"},"modified":"2020-03-20T08:45:34","modified_gmt":"2020-03-20T13:45:34","slug":"decreto-434-marzo-19-2020-plazos-especiales-renovacion-matricula-mercantil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/contadoreshoy.com\/?p=12331","title":{"rendered":"Decreto 434 marzo 19 de 2020 &#8211; Plazos especiales para renovaci\u00f3n matr\u00edcula mercantil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12333 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/contadoreshoy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Registro-mercantil.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/contadoreshoy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/DECRETO-434-DE-2020.pdf.pdf.pdf.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decreto 434 de marzo 19 de 2020<\/a>, por el cual se establecen plazos especiales para la renovaci\u00f3n de la matr\u00edcula mercantil, el RUNEOL y los dem\u00e1s registros que integran el Registro \u00danico Empresarial y Social &#8211; RUES, as\u00ed como para las reuniones ordinarias de las asambleas y dem\u00e1s cuerpos colegiados, para mitigar los efectos econ\u00f3micos del nuevo coronavirus COVID-19 en el territorio nacional.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Plazos para renovar el registro mercantil:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abExti\u00e9ndase el plazo para la renovaci\u00f3n de la matr\u00edcula mercantil, el RUNEOL y dem\u00e1s registros que integran el Registro \u00danico Empresarial y Social &#8211; RUES, hasta el d\u00eda tres (03) de julio de 2020.\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abRenovaci\u00f3n del Registro \u00danico de Proponentes &#8211; RUP, a m\u00e1s tardar el quinto d\u00eda h\u00e1bil del mes de julio de 2020.\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abRenovaci\u00f3n de la afiliaci\u00f3n a las c\u00e1maras de comercio, a m\u00e1s tardar el 3 de julio de 2020.\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abReuniones ordinarias de asamblea correspondientes al ejercicio del a\u00f1o 2019, hasta dentro del mes siguiente a la finalizaci\u00f3n de la emergencia sanitaria declarada en el territorio nacional.
