{"id":12416,"date":"2020-04-17T09:51:27","date_gmt":"2020-04-17T14:51:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/contadoreshoy.com\/?p=12416"},"modified":"2020-04-17T09:51:27","modified_gmt":"2020-04-17T14:51:27","slug":"reduccion-aportes-pension-decreto-558-abril-15-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/contadoreshoy.com\/?p=12416","title":{"rendered":"Reducci\u00f3n aportes a pensi\u00f3n &#8211; Decreto 558 abril 15 de 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"attachment_10744\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10744\" class=\"wp-image-10744 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/contadoreshoy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/personas-felices-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\"><p id=\"caption-attachment-10744\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cheerful business people showing that everything is OK<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>De acuerdo al <a href=\"https:\/\/dapre.presidencia.gov.co\/normativa\/normativa\/DECRETO%20558%20DEL%2015%20DE%20ABRIL%20DE%202020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decreto presidencial 558 de abril 15 de 2020<\/a>, para los peri\u00f3dos de abril y mayo, cuyas cotizaciones deben efectuarse en los meses de mayo y junio de 2020, respectivamente, los empleadores del sector p\u00fablico y privado y los trabajadores independientes que opten por este alivio, pagar\u00e1n como aporte el 3% de cotizaci\u00f3n al Sistema General de Pensiones, con el fin de cubrir el costo del seguro previsional en el R\u00e9gimen de Ahorro individual con Solidaridad o el aporte a los fondos de invalidez y sobrevivencia del r\u00e9gimen de prima media, seg\u00fan corresponda, as\u00ed como el valor de la comisi\u00f3n de administraci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La cotizaci\u00f3n de que trata este art\u00edculo ser\u00e1 pagada de la siguiente manera: el 75% por el empleador, y el 25% restante por el trabajador. Por su parte, los trabajadores independientes pagar\u00e1n el 100% de esta cotizaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El Ministerio de Salud y Protecci\u00f3n Social realizar\u00e1n las modificaciones temporales que correspondan a la planilla integrada de liquidaci\u00f3n de aportes &#8211; PILA, para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el presente Decreto Legistativo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El ingreso base de cotizaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 corresponder con el reportado para efectuar el pago al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.
