Auxilio de Transporte para 2021. Fijar a partir del primero (1\u00b0) de&nbsp;enero de dos mil veintiuno (2021), el auxilio de transporte a que tienen derecho los servidores p\u00fablicos y los trabajadores particulares que devengan hasta dos (2) veces el Salario M\u00ednimo Legal Mensual Vigente, en la suma de CIENTO SEIS MIL CUATROCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y CUATRO PESOS ($106.454.00) mensuales, que se pagar\u00e1 por los empleadores en todos los lugares del pa\u00eds, donde se preste el servicio p\u00fablico de transporte.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Art\u00edculo 2.
