{"id":7383,"date":"2016-06-13T23:33:30","date_gmt":"2016-06-14T04:33:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/colegiocolombianodecontadores.com\/?p=7383"},"modified":"2017-02-04T21:58:28","modified_gmt":"2017-02-05T02:58:28","slug":"eliminada-acreditacion-titularidad-cuentas-para-rut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/contadoreshoy.com\/?p=7383","title":{"rendered":"ELIMINADA ACREDITACI\u00d3N TITULARIDAD CUENTAS PARA RUT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">ELIMINADA TITULARIDAD DE CUENTAS PARA RUT<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dian.gov.co\/descargas\/normatividad\/2016\/Decretos\/Decreto_589_del_11_de_Abril_de_2016.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">decreto 589 del 11 de abril de 2016<\/a>, el gobierno nacional elimin\u00f3 el requisito de la acreditaci\u00f3n de titularidad de cuenta corriente o de ahorros para los tr\u00e1mites del Registro \u00danico Tributario &#8211; RUT -, sin perjuicio de que posteriormente se implemente el control en otros procedimientos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con la eliminaci\u00f3n de este requisito:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se agiliza la formalizaci\u00f3n de las empresas en un solo lugar ya sea c\u00e1mara\u00a0 de comercio o, puntos de contacto DIAN para quienes no est\u00e1n obligados al registro mercantil.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se elimina un paso adicional en el tr\u00e1mite de inscripci\u00f3n del RUT, en el caul se tramitaba la obtenci\u00f3n de un NIT temporal para la apertura de cuenta bancaria (formato 1648), previo a la formalizaci\u00f3n de la inscripci\u00f3n en el RUT.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">En adelante la entrega del certificado de la inscripci\u00f3n en el RUT se realizar\u00e1 directamente en las c\u00e1maras comercio para quienes requieran el registro mercantil o en los puntos de contacto de la DIAN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dian.gov.co\/descargas\/normatividad\/2016\/Decretos\/Decreto_589_del_11_de_Abril_de_2016.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Para ver decreto 589 de abril 11 de 2016, dar click aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el decreto 589 del 11 de abril de 2016, el gobierno nacional elimin\u00f3 el requisito de la acreditaci\u00f3n de titularidad de cuenta corriente o de ahorros para los tr\u00e1mites del Registro \u00danico Tributario &#8211; RUT &#8211;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":7384,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"ngg_post_thumbnail":0,"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"categories":[454],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7383","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sin-categoria"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 5.0.1.1 -
