La ley 1819 de diciembre de 2016 elimin\u00f3 dicho tributo a partir de enero 01 de 2017. Los responsables del Impuesto sobre la renta para la Equidad CREE, no deber\u00e1n liquidar el anticipo sobre la sobretasa correspondiente al a\u00f1o gravable 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el presente flujograma se pone a disposici\u00f3n, la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para poder liquidar el Impuesto sobre la renta para la Equidad CREE, correspondiente al a\u00f1o gravable
