{"id":9627,"date":"2022-06-21T08:56:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-21T13:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/contadoreshoy.com\/?p=9627"},"modified":"2022-06-20T17:32:57","modified_gmt":"2022-06-20T22:32:57","slug":"prima-semestral-servicio-domestico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/contadoreshoy.com\/?p=9627","title":{"rendered":"Prima semestral para servicio dom\u00e9stico &#8211; Ejemplos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>De acuerdo a la <a href=\"http:\/\/es.presidencia.gov.co\/normativa\/normativa\/LEY%201788%20DEL%207%20DE%20JULIO%20DE%202016.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ley 1788 de julio 07 de 2016<\/a>, los trabajadores del servicio dom\u00e9stico, ch\u00f3feres de servicio familiar, trabajadores por d\u00edas y trabajadores de fincas, tienen derecho al pago de prima de servicios, que corresponder\u00e1 &nbsp;a 30 d\u00edas de salario por a\u00f1o, el cual se reconocer\u00e1 en dos pagos, as\u00ed: la mitad m\u00e1ximo el 30 de junio y la otra mitad a m\u00e1s tardar los primeros veinte d\u00edas de diciembre. Su reconocimiento se har\u00e1 por todo el semestre trabajado o proporcionalmente al tiempo trabajado.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Si el empleado trabaja por d\u00edas, el pago diario no puede ser inferior al salario m\u00ednimo legal, pero para el servicio dom\u00e9stico hay un aparte especial que indica que si la persona empleada vive en el lugar de trabajo, puede recibir en especie hasta un 30% de salario.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Para calcular el sueldo base para liquidar la prima de servicios de los empleados que trabajan por d\u00edas, se toma el valor devengado en la semana y se divide por 7, luego el resultado se multiplica por 30.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Sueldo base para liquidar prima de servicios<\/span> = (sueldo semanal \/ 7)*30<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Para determinar los d\u00edas laborados de los empleados que trabajan por d\u00edas, se toma en cuenta los d\u00edas corridos desde la fecha inicial del contrato, hasta la fecha de liquidaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Liquidaci\u00f3n prima de servicios<\/span> =&nbsp; (Sueldo base * d\u00edas transcurridos del contrato en el semestre) \/ 360<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ejemplo caso 1<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Una empleada trabaja 1 d\u00eda a la semana, &nbsp;el pago se hace proporcional al salario m\u00ednimo, y est\u00e1 vinculada desde el primero de enero de 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Liquidaci\u00f3n de la prima de servicios
